Scott Alderman joined Landura Management Associates on November 1, 1999, as a Property Manager Trainee. Now as President he is responsible for Operations including hiring and supervising of Regional Property Managers, policy and procedure development, the financial performance of the properties, quality control of physical assets, supervisory visits and quality control over regulatory correspondence. Scott received his undergraduate degree from Bluefield State College in 1999 and later received an MBA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Management from Gardner-Webb University in 2005.
William R. Ogburn, Jr. - Executive Vice President William R. Ogburn, Jr. is Executive Vice President of Landura Management Associates. Mr. Ogburn joined Landura in 1976. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Finance. He is a past President of the Carolina's Council for Affordable Housing and serves on the board of directors of The Virginia Council of Affordable and Rural Housing. Mr. Ogburn holds a North Carolina Real Estate License and the North Carolina Contractor's License.
